CHW Flushing

Regular, scheduled service known as Annual Maintenance Contract (or Planned Preventive Maintenance) must be carried out to keep air conditioning equipment in top working order, optimizing its accuracy and efficiency. Preventive maintenance reduces any possibility of equipment failures before they actually do and enhances the reliability of equipment by replacing any worn components prior to them failing.

Methods Of Operation :

 Initial static flush with plain water.

 Chemical cleaning.

 Dynamic flushing.

 Re-instatement of plant items and back flushing.

 Final inhibition and passivation.
